Проверьте ваши доступы через веб интерфейс Плеск панель. Правильно прописываете ваш IP-адрес, входящих в вашу подписку, а также логин и пароль своего системного пользователя от FTP. Можете сменить пароль FTP на новый через Плеск панель.
Логин с паролем лучше копируйте и вставляйте (а не набирайте вручную). "Коррективы" может добавлять автоматический переключатель раскладки клавиатуры, типа punto (отключите его на время). Если вы не cмогли подключиться к Плеск панели и не можете произвести проверку, проверьте журнал действий вашего аккаунта или есть ли деньги на счете и не выключена ли ваша площадка.
