Sometimes web server visitors request pages that for some reason do not exist on the server: an incorrect link from another page or from another site, the server owner accidentally deleted a document, and so on. By default, Apache displays a rather ascetic page with a message like “File not found.” You can create an alternative version of this page by defining a handler for this error via .htaccess
