Check your access via the Plesk panel web interface. Correctly enter your IP address included in your subscription, as well as the login and password of your system user for FTP. You can change your FTP password to a new one through the Plesk panel.
It’s better to copy and paste your login and password (rather than type it in manually). "Adjustments" can add an automatic keyboard layout switch, such as punto (disable it for a while). If you were unable to connect to the Plesk panel and cannot verify it, check your account activity log or whether there is money in your account and whether your platform is turned off.
