The international domain is in clientHold status Print

  • 1

As of January 1, 2014, ICANN introduced a new requirement that it is necessary to confirm contact information for newly registered domains after making changes or activating WHOIS privacy (personal data protection).

In this regard, letters are sent to the domain owner’s contact email asking to confirm the data.
If the data is not confirmed, the domain is blocked by the technical registrar and the domain status is transferred to clientHold.

To unblock a domain, check the contact email and confirm the information. The domain will be unlocked within 30 minutes after data confirmation.

If you need to duplicate the verification letter, contact the service department.
